  • Provide your order number, a clear explanation of the reason for return or exchange, and any relevant photograph or uncut parcel opening video if applicable.
  • We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization if your request is approved.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

4. Refund and Exchange Process:
